Shipping & Return Policy

• International Duties and Taxes: All orders shipped outside of Bulgaria, may be subject to duty, VAT, or tax fees. International shipping costs do not include the payment of these duties. If customs or VAT are charged this is the full responsibility of the recipient. VAT/Customs or any tax duties are directly controlled and collected by your country once the package arrives at the customs checkpoint.

• VAT and Custom Fees: Nikoleta Dimitrova artist does not collect VAT nor any customs fees and is not responsible for any fees, customs, or VAT taxes charged by your country. These fees are the customer's full responsibility so please, shop mindfully and keep track of your order to pay for customs once they arrive. If an order is not cleared at customs, the package may be returned to me.

• Returned Packages: If I receive a package back I am happy to re-send the package, charging the customer a new shipping fee(this will be the actual shipping fee it costs to send your order, not the flat shipping fee you paid when shopping in my shop). If you wish to get a refund instead, be aware that refunds are made of the original cost minus the shipping fee and a 15.00 euro fee for handling and re-stocking the order.
• Order Cancellations: Your order can be canceled only up to 24 hours after purchasing, via email. I do not accept cancellations after 48 hours of the purchase. Please cancel your order 24 hours after ordering by email: [email protected]
• Please shop mindfully. Due to how small business I am and how delicate the art is, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this moment.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COUNTRIES FOR ORIGINAL PANTINGS: Currently I ship my Original Paintings only to countries in European Union, Europe and the United Kingdom.
• SHIPPING OF FINE ART PRINTS: I am sending the print to you via a print service outside of my home studio. The printing company is a multi-award winning, carbon-neutral, fine art print studio one of the best in the UK, helping artists and all creatives from all over the world print and reproduce their work to the highest possible standards. Please NOTE I am using their Dropshipping Service for printing, and each Art Print is made to order and sent to you directly from their printing studio, with me ordering it for you. So please do make sure you have provided me with your correct address for delivery while placing an order to prevent any delays in delivery or mistakes. Get in touch with me with any issues I will do my best to help. Note: I am not rsponsible in case of delay, damage or loss of the package by the courier. However please get in touch with me if you have any problems with the shipment, I will examine your specific situation and will endeavor to find a suitable solution with the shipping company. Please note, customs tariffs that are out of my responsibility may be applied.
